Add all the crepe ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

Heat up your pan on a low medium heat and melt your butter

Scoop the batter and fry on both side until well cooked

Take it off and add your mincemeat fillings,chopped tomatoes and sprinkle some cheese at the top
- 5
Fold it gently and take it back to the pan and toast it on each side until well toast
- 6
Serve with hot tea or any drink of your choice and enjoy.🤗
