Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1 tspsugar
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 3eggs
  5. 5 tsppowder milk
  6. 1 tspsoftened butter
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. water
  9. nutella

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla

    In another bowl, beat the eggs very well

    Soften the butter on medium heat

    Beat the softened butter, the eggs and the dry mixture

    Put a pan on medium heat. Pour an amount of the mixture in this pan

    After 25-30 sec flip it

    Finally, put some nutella on the crepe dough

    You may decorate it with fruits

Hi Sana. It seem good. Could you tell me how much water add to dissolve the powder milk ? And the final result, is the crepe dry or crispy or soft ?
