Mille Crepe Cake Mille Crepe Cake
Ah, yes, the mille crepe. Another notoriously expensive to buy and time-consuming to make, but unbelievably delicious French dessert. The mille crepe is not as complicated as the macaron, but unlike the macaron, it's not a let's-make-this-for-breakfast-tommorrow project, but rather a I-need-something-for-next-week's-fancy-potluck kind of cake. Fresh Berry and Chocolate Crepe Cake Fresh Berry and Chocolate Crepe Cake
I always make the same old sweets but since the Christmas season is near, I wanted to make something with a delicious creamy taste. If adding blueberries to every layer makes the crepe cake too tall, you can add every other layer instead. In step 1, I microwaved at 600W for 40-50 seconds. You can use vanilla oil or vanilla extract. It's also fine if you omit it. For about 15 crepes of 1 pan size. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

I really like crepes, so one day I made a huge batch. I tried to replicate the cake sold at a neighborhood pastry shop, but they use normal custard cream inside. As it's been hot lately, I've replaced it with bittersweet cream.Refer to the recipes for the crepes, caramel custard sauce and Swiss roll batter. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

One of my friends on Cookpad ("weeeek") said that I didn't have a crepe recipe uploaded! That was my motivation for uploading this.Adjust the amount of granulated sugar to taste. (We usually add 25 g.)I usually let the Step 7 batter rest for half a day.Be sure to mix the batter up again just before you cook it. For about 8. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

Cocoa Crepe Roll Cake with Whole Strawberries Cocoa Crepe Roll Cake with Whole Strawberries
I wanted to eat a roll cake, but using the oven was too much of a bother...so I thought this up. I used "mille-feuille crepes" (multi-layered crepe cakes) as my inspiration. I made the crepes in a square tamagoyaki (omelet) pan the crepes were all the same shape and easy to roll up!The cream will ooze out from the edges if it is too liquid when you roll the crepes up, but if you whip it properly it's easier to roll. Alternatively, instead of rolling up each crepe, try stacking up all the crepes first and then roll them all together in one go. This produces a neater roll.Use any leftover crepe batter or filling to eat as regular crepes! Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

Both my husband and I love the mille crepes cake at cafe HARBS.My husband requested me to make one, so I tried to do it for the first time!!I'm amazed because I made this delicious mille crepes cake by myself!!I'm so happy we can eat a whole cake by ourselves.Bring all the ingredients to room temperature.Take your time to make this cake, and it will be similar to the original taste!I don't like when the filling comes out from the edge, so I didn't spread the cream to the edge, but it will be tastier if you spread it to the edge.
