Ingredients

  1. 1 blocktofu, diced
  2. 10 pieceslong beans
  3. 3shallots, sliced
  4. 1little ginger, strips
  5. Halfcarrots, strips
  6. 5 piecesblack fungus
  7. 1 tbspcooking oil
  8. 1little water
  9. 1 tspoyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry tofu until brown then set aside.

  2. 2

    Sautee shallots and ginger until fragrant. Then add in carrot, bean and black fungus.

  3. 3

    Stir fry then add oyster sauce and a little water. Cover and simmer until beans are half cooked.

  4. 4

    Add in tofu mix it then remove.
