Chop red onion, garlic, tomato, long red chilies, canbbage, and carrot.

Slice fried tofu.

Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan, add chopped red onion and garlics, stir for 3 mins, add long red chilies and tomatoes stir for 5 mins, add salt, pepper, and sugar, mix well.

Add chopped carrots, cabbage, and corn kernels, stir it, add water, stir properly. Wait until the veggies well done.

Add tofu, mix well.

Tofu with veggies stir fry is ready to serve.
