  1. 3boiled potatoes
  2. 2green chilli chopped
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds (jeera)
  5. 3-4curry leaves
  6. 1/4 tsphaldi
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tspdry mint powder
  10. 1 tbspchopped coriander 🌿

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and chop potatoes.

    Heat a pan.. add oil, cumin seeds, chilli & curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Add haldi & mix. Then add boiled potatoes, red chilli powder & salt to it.

  4. 4

    Mix n cook for 2 mins. Then add mint powder & 1/2tbsp coriander 🌿.

  5. 5

    Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander 🌿.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with paratha or dosa.
