Ingredients

  • French baguette bread (I used croissant bread, but any crispy crunchy bread will do)
  • 2 tbspSambal Oelek
  • 1 tbspsriracha
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • Kewpie Mayo
  • Green onions, diced
  • Pork floss
  • Butter
  • Fried shallots (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast up your bread

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix your sugar, sriracha, and sambal. Microwave for 30 secs or until the sugar dissolves.

    Chop up your bread into bite sized pieces. Add a little bit of butter.

    Drizzle or shmear the sweet chili mixture on top

    Then drizzle mayo (I like a lot) and top with the pork floss, green onions, and fried shallots. Enjoy!
