Vegetable Beef Soup Vegetable Beef Soup
Before my father died, he taught me a thing or 2 about cooking. He was brilliant in the kitchen and always made some amazing dishes. This is vegetable soup he made but we called it garbage can soup lol we always had a great time making it and in between the steps, we would play games or just talk. Memories are all we have left once our lives ones pass and this is one of my fondest! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I have :-) laciestogdill -

I love food lol but my favorite soup of all, is this beautiful palm nut soup. The flavor of the palm nut is indescribable and delicious 😋! The palm tree is just amazing that you can get wine from it and it’s no low class wine either! Palm oil is a must for a lot of Igbo dishes and of course the palm nut soup 🍜 is time consuming but so worth it ! ifuchi -
