Cooking Instructions

Remove the top, bottom, and outer skin of the onion, then slice against the grain.

In a cold pan, add the onion slices and oil. Turn to medium heat and sauté until fragrant and soft.

Add salt and stir well.

Add minced ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
