Nuts and dried fruits are healthful foods because of their nutrient profiles. They provide dietary fiber, potassium (K) and a variety of health protective bioactive compounds. Nuts also are a source of protein and monounsaturated (MUFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA).so today I am made nut and dry fruit balls.they only take a few minutes to make and there are a lot of combinations to try with all the healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 1/4cupBrown fruit bites almond
  2. 1/4 cupfigs
  3. 1 tbspHersey cocoa powder
  4. 1/4 cup Red fruit bites: cranberry
  5. 1/4 cupalmond
  6. 1/4 cupBlack fruit bites : dry grapes
  7. 1/4 cupcashew
  8. 1/4 cupGreen fruit bites : pistachio
  9. 1/4 cupdates
  10. 1 tbsppistachio powder (to roll in)

Cooking Instructions

    Brown fruit bites:Take almond and soak them into hot water for 5 minutes and remove the skin. Then drain the excess of water and fry it on the pan low flame. Take the food processor add almond,figs. Process until it fine and sticky.Add 1tbsp of cocoa powder and pulse to mix.
    Make balls out of the dough.
