Dry fruits & Dates balls (sugar free)

Ingredients

30 minutes
about 30 balls (as per your ball size)
  1. 500 gkimia dates
  2. 250 gdry fruits [chahew (kaju), almond (badam), pistachio (pista)]
  3. 50 ggum fudge(gundar)

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First pour ghee in hot pan
    Roast gum fudge (gundar) until it swell up
    Than Roast chopped dryfruits well for 2 minutes
    Both in low flame

  2. 2

    Than roast dates for 15 minutes in low flame

  3. 3

    Then mix dates & dryfruits well after taking off the stove

  4. 4

    Take the mixture and make the ball
    As well you can do pieces also
