Break your coconut and pour the water into a bowl

Remove the hard bark and rinse the coconut

Slice and dice your coconut into small sizes

Boil coconut water and a little more water

Add sugar into the water ; you can add as much sugar as you want

Pour your diced coconut and leave to boil till water is dried

Then start stirring until it turns brown or to your desired color

Your can decide to make it into a size and leave to cool

Then your coconut candy is ready to eat
