Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200

Cauliflower: Mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, Chili powder and salt. Gradually pour in the water and whisk.

Dip the cauliflower in the batter + Panko
- 4
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Check and bake another 15-20 minutes.

Sauce: Mix the soy sauce, Chili sauce, ketchup, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar. In another bowl, mix the cornstarch and water.

Heat up the oil. Add the ginger, garlic and peppers. Cook for 1 minute and then add the Shallot, Scallions, green Bell pepper and seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes ('til it smells good)

Add the sauce and stir fry for 1 minute. Mix the cornstarch again and add it to the pan. Stir until the sauce becomes glossy and thickens.

Coat the cauliflower in sauce (at room temperature) and garnish with cilantro and Scallions.
