Add 100ml. Of water to 1/2 litre of milk. Bring it to boil.

Add falooda mix to the boiling milk. Mix well. Stir for 15 minutes until it becomes Creamy.

Let it cool and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. (Kindly don't deep freeze)

For making rose syrup:

In a deep pan put rose petals and add water. Cover it. Keep it overnight.

On a low heat boil the rose petals and water mixture and add sugar. Continuously stir so that sugar will dissolve

When sugar will get dissolve completely then boil the mixture in high flame until it becomes thickened.

Let it cool and strain the syrup. Now rose syrup is ready. You can store it in a air tight container in refrigerator.

Now it's time to serve:
First of all, take two tall glasses. Add the Rose syrup in each glass. - 10
Then add 4 tbsp of falooda in each glass.

Then add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream (you can take mango ice cream,pista ice cream or kulfi ice cream as per your choice)

Top with some chopped pistachios, almonds, cashews. You can add some raisins also.
