Wash your plantain, clean with towel

Peel and cut into your desire size and fry.
N.B
Box shape is the best. You can use your own shape if you can't get the box shape - 3
Set aside and wash your gizzard and boil for 15 minutes. Cut into small shape.

When it's done,fry it as well and step aside on a clean plate or bowl

Next. Pour 3 spoon of vegetable oil in your pot, add onions, thyme (optional), green and red bell pepper, seasoning 1, a pinch of salt

Cover to cook for 3mins, stir occasionally

Pour in your fried dodo and gizzard and mix together

Allow it to get hot for 5mins.
N.B use low heat when frying your dodo, gizzard and Making the sauce to avoid getting burned

Serve with your juice or smoothie
