Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 1/8 tspyeast
  • 1 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Pour the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, salt) in a clean bowl

    Mix all dry ingredients together.

    Add the warm water little by little and mix till you get a smooth batter

    Cover it tight and allow to rise for 45mins - 1 hour
