Fried rice with grilled chicken
Cooking Instructions

Wash your rice and drain

Pour your oil into a pot and put on fire, then pour the rice, add 1/2 tsp turmeric and fry until a bit golden

Drain using a colander

On a medium heat, fry sliced onions and scotch bonnet, add water then allow to boil

Pour in your rice,add curry add the peas and let it cook

When done halfway add the carrot and let it cook to your taste

Meanwhile you wash and pat dry your chicken with a towel or paper towel

Mix oil, pepper, ginger, garlic, Maggi, kuli kuli, black pepper n coriander, you can add Spices of choice
- 9
Cover with a foil n cook in an oven for an hour or until done
