Ingredients

0 servings
  • 1 cupcooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cupfrozen veggies- carrots, corn, green peas
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 2 cupjasmine rice (basamati)
  • 1onion sliced
  • 2 3/4 cupchicken stock
  • 1salt
  • 1ground black pepper
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, green chilles till brown.add chicken and fry for few mins

  2. 2

    Soak basamati rice in water for 10 to 15 mins

  3. 3

    Add frozen veggies and mix well. Add garlic powder and pepper powder. Cook for few minutes

    Add soaked rice to the pan. Add chicken stock and let it cook till done
