Chicken egg fried rice

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5-6 tablespoonsmaybe more oil of choice I used olive
  2. Halfcup Frozen veggies I like peas carrot white onions
  3. 1large egg
  4. 3 cupsDay old cooked white rice
  5. Tablespoonoyster sauce
  6. 3or more tablespoons soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tablespoonShaoxing wine
  8. Teaspoonsesame oil
  9. Teaspoonwhite pepper and msg
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cupcubed chicken or or fresh
  12. Green onion can be added with the chicken or as garnish

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Stir fry the egg in hot wok or cast iron. Season with salt white pepper and msg to taste. Set aside.

    Stir fry vegetables and set aside. Med hi

  3. 3

    Stir fry chicken med high. And green onions if using

  4. 4

    Add more oil and include the rise store fry for 45 then add the egg and vegetables continue to store fry for 2-3 minutes stirring continually an adding the sauces.

    Serve hot
