Apart from it's beneficial effects on insulin resistance, cinnamon has also been shown to decrease the amount of glucose that enters our bloodstream. Nonetheless, taking excessive may lead to another side effects so let's consume whatever we eat in moderation 😍

Cooking Instructions

Sift flour in a bowl, add the sugar, the yeast and salt then mix. Now add 1 beaten egg in the center of the flour, add water and mix. At this point the dough will be sticky.

Dust your work surface with flour transfer the dough onto it. Rub the butter and knead. While the dough is getting less sticky beat and knead at an interval

Transfer the dough into a greased bowl. Cover and keep warm until size doubles for about 30-40min. Deflate the dough and knead briefly. Roll out the dough into square. Brush the top with butter. Mix the sugar and cinnamon homogeneously and sprinkle over it.

Roll the dough like a mat from starting from the near end. When you reach the other end, pinch to seal the roll. Now cut off both ends of the roll and slice the roll neatly

Place the cinnamon roll into a greased pan cover and keep warm until size doubles. Brush top with egg wash and bake in preheated oven at 200°c of 30_40min.enjoy
