    Grinded the pepper,bell pepper and onion.Place your pan on fire,add all little oil,crush the garlic, Curry and thyme,add all the grinded ingredients fry on medium heat for 15-20mins.Add your shredded,cabbage,carrots and green pepper and stir.Allow to cook for another 10mins.

    Serve with rice,spaghetti or couscous
