  1. Gizzards
  2. Chopped onions
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Seasoning
  5. Spices
  6. Green and yellow peppers

    Wash and dice the gizzards

    Add into a pot and add water,onions,and some seasoning,cook for some some time

  3. 3

    Strain and fry in hot oil and keep aside

  4. 4

    Peel and dice the plantains into cubes and fry in hot oil until a bit golden brown

  5. 5

    In a pan,add some little oil,add onions,scotch bonnet, seasoning and little curry and stir then add the fried gizzards and plantain and stir through,add the yellow and green peppers

  6. 6

    Your gizdodo is ready,and you can eat it with white rice,jollof rice or alone
