  1. 1 packetKnorr Hong Kong-style Hot and Sour Soup Mix
  2. 1/2 packetshimeji mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

    Add the soup mix and carrot strips to cold water. Stir while bringing to a boil until the soup mix is completely dissolved. Note: Refer to the package for water quantity suggestions. Adjust the water amount to your taste for thickness.

    Once boiling, add the shimeji mushrooms and tofu cubes.

    Bring to a boil again, then turn off the heat. Add the beaten egg and let it cook in the residual heat. Note: Do not stir after adding the egg if you want egg ribbons; stir if you prefer egg flowers. It's up to your preference.
