This recipe is a combo of some of my fave things, color green and honeydew melon. What is the season for it please?
Cooking Instructions

For the melon ice cubes, cut the melon into half and remove seeds and rinds. Cut into ice cube sizes and freeze

The other half of the melon, carefully remove seed and rinds before transferring into a large jug
- 3
Add in lime juice and sugar/sweetener of choice and muddle together
- 4
Using a fine mesh strainer, extract all juice from the muddled fruit and discard pulp(or reserve for smoothies)
- 5
Refrigerate until melon cubes are frozen
- 6
Once frozen, fill serving glass ¾ way up with melon cubes, fill ½ way with lemon-lime juice and top with soda
- 7
Stir gently and enjoy🍹
