Refreshing Melon Sherbet

I had some melon, so I wanted to use it in some way as I'm not really a fan of raw melon.
It's important to freeze it again after blending.
It will make a melt‐in‐your‐mouth sherbet. Recipe by *donchan*

Watermelon sherbet Watermelon sherbet
I found many ways to make this and decided to just come up with my own way after looking at different recipes ... this is what I came up with.I would recommend using just half of a watermelon and not just 3 cups . I have 3 kids so I wanted to make a lot , and can add more honey, or substitute the honey for 1 cup of sugar. This is something you want to make ahead of time . It’s easy cheap and just a few ingredients and I have happy kids over the hot summer days. 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Easy Sherbet with Egg White & Apple Juice Easy Sherbet with Egg White & Apple Juice
It's so HOT! So, I made this sherbet with apple juice I had in my fridge! It's been a long time since I made sherbet.Step 7: After you put the mixture in the freezer, it will start getting firm after 1 hour or so.Step 9: It will be better if you chill the sherbet container in the freezer first.Step 10: It takes time to freeze completely, so it's best to make it the day before you want to serve it. This is my vanilla sponge roll cake, an easy very moist cake that I decided to try making it striped to go with a rainbow sherbet filling. The stripes came out really well, you don't need to fuss over being perfect with them. Mine were a bit sloppy at the seams but baked up so beautiful! The filling is cool and fruity and goes so well with the White Chocolate Ganache. Its a really fun cake to bring to parties or for birthdays! fenway -
Amazake (Sweet Rice Sake) and Hassaku Icy Sherbet Amazake (Sweet Rice Sake) and Hassaku Icy Sherbet
I had a bunch of ripe hassaku growing in my backyard, but they were very sour. I couldn't wait until the sour taste would turn mild, or go through the laborious task of making marmalade. So I came up with this easy delicious recipe.I tried using the grinding bowl to retain the texture of the hassaku, but of course you can use the food processor for a smoother texture. Try not to over blend, and keep the nice texture of the pulp from the hassaku. You can use grapefruits or other citrus fruits for this recipe. Recipe by Kamoshian cookpad.japan -
