When I was in the middle of exams so had no spare time. Even so, I really wanted to make a cake so I tried to think of something quick that I could just mix together and put in the microwave. It came out unexpectedly delicious! I measured the ingredients with spoons for even less washing up too.You can use a heat resistant bowl instead of a cake tin, just be careful about the size, as the cake will expand in the oven.I've heard that this cake can come out a bit hard. I think it's probably down to the type of microwave and the size of the tin that's being used so try microwaving the cake for a shorter amount of time (maybe 6 minutes, then take it out to see how far along it is).
