15-Minute Chocolate Cake

When I was in the middle of exams so had no spare time. Even so, I really wanted to make a cake so I tried to think of something quick that I could just mix together and put in the microwave. It came out unexpectedly delicious! I measured the ingredients with spoons for even less washing up too.
You can use a heat resistant bowl instead of a cake tin, just be careful about the size, as the cake will expand in the oven.
I've heard that this cake can come out a bit hard. I think it's probably down to the type of microwave and the size of the tin that's being used so try microwaving the cake for a shorter amount of time (maybe 6 minutes, then take it out to see how far along it is). If you can pierce the cake with a skewer and it comes out clean, the cake is cooked. Recipe by Mnonijo

This is a moist, delicious cake that you can whip up in a hurry. I originally got it from a cookbook that my mom's cake decorating club, Mile High Cake Decorators, produced back in the 1970s. It was called "Mile High Favorites." All of the members of the club submitted their favorite recipes. I guess you could say it was like an early version of CookPad! This is my go-to cookbook, because it contains many family favs. Pastazia -
Chewy Chocolate Cake (5 Minute in the Microwave) Chewy Chocolate Cake (5 Minute in the Microwave)
I made a microwave cake from COOKPAD, but my family said it was a bit dry. So I tried adding milk and changing the amounts of the dry ingredients. It's good if you mix so that there's no lumps, but it's okay if there are a few.I used pure cocoa. If you use processed cocoa, reduce the amount of sugar a bit.If you use melted margarine or butter in place of vegetable oil, it'll have a better flavor. Recipe by Saepy cookpad.japan -

I created this recipe to use up leftover eggs.It comes out dense when it's made with joshinko, and fluffy when made with cake flour. The softness of the cake might change depending on the flour and the size of the egg. Adjust the consistency of the batter with milk, soy milk, or water at Step 2. Scoop it with a spoon, and if it's creamy and thick, it's the right consistency. Recipe by Amaguriguri cookpad.japan -

Easy Chocolate Cake Easy Chocolate Cake
I've been making this chocolate cake for a while now and it's become our family favorite. If you wish to reduce its sweetness, try making it with dark chocolate. You can also combine the chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl and microwave to melt.Step 3: You can also use a whisk.Step 3: Take care not to whip too much as the chocolate cream will be too stiff. I used a chocolate bar, but use baking chocolate (couverture) for a glossy finish. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Want fudgey brownie, drop all the dry ingredient a bit, cake? add a tad bit of baking soda.
