    Palak ko achi tarha se saaf kar ke cut kar wash krlyn

    Oil mein pyaz ko golden kry phir ginger garlic paste add kar k qeema aur aloo add kar k achi tarha bhoon lein jub qeema golden hojye tu is mein spices add karein aur tamatar hari mirch add kar k thori der dum par rakh dain

    Jub sub ek jaan hojyen tu is mein palak add kar ke full anch par palak ka pani khusk krlyn jub achi tarha pani dry hojaaye tu butter dal kar stove band krdain. Ready to eat with roti.

    Jis chez mein palak add kryn namak ki miqdar kum rkhyn kyun k palak salty hoti hai..
