The taste and flavor of orange in this recipe is just breath taking.. you can see just how the orange zest gave a popping look to the bread after baking, the yellow dots😍 you can never go wrong with semolina.. it is used in many other recipes that calls for flour. Bread for the zillion time…… i knead and bake bread at any slight chance i get, i always have confidence when it comes to bread making, you know why? I never liked banana bread but my kids have always asked me to make for them. Luckily I came across a recipe and decided to try it. Believe me, it's lovely! It doesn't have that overwhelming banana smell when you are done. It tastes great. In fact I made a second batch the very next day for breakfast.
