Ingredients

40-50 minutes increasing the rising of the paste

  1. Semo(1 and a half cup)
  2. 2 tablespoonyeast
  3. 2 tablespoonsugar
  4. Warm water
  5. Baking powder
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

40-50 minutes increasing the rising of the paste

    Mix all the dry ingredients, add up the warm water to have a non thick nor watery paste

  2. 2

    Cover it up for about 20-30 minutes.

    Add up little baking powder and mix it thoroughly

  4. 4

    Cover it for like 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Grease your pan with oil and finally fry your masa and do enjoy it
