Beetroot and dukkah salad

So easy to make, and delicious. This salad or side dish will amaze your guests!

Ingredients

  1. 500 gramspickled beetroot chunks
  2. 200 gramssmooth soft feta
  3. 4table spoons of thick yogurt
  4. Salt
  5. 3tea spoons of cherry or berry jam
  6. 1 table spoonbalsamic vinegar
  7. Dukkah spice
  8. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a plate add feta and mash, then add yogurt and mix well all together

  2. 2

    Assemble in a plate

  3. 3

    Add pickled beetroot, add some salt on top.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl add olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar and your jam. Mix very well together.

  5. 5

    Drizzle your sauce on top of beetroot

  6. 6

    Add dukkah spice and simply enjoy!
