Ingredients

  1. 10 1/2 oztomatoes
  2. 10 1/2 ozsoft tofu
  3. 1egg
  4. 1green onion
  5. 3 1/3 cupswater
  6. Seasonings
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1/4 teaspoonwhite pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all the ingredients. Remove the ends of the tomatoes and cut into pieces, cut the soft tofu into small cubes, slice the white part of the green onion, and chop the green part into small pieces.

    Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil to a pot, sauté the white part of the green onion until fragrant, then remove.

    Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until softened.

    Add 3 1/3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
