Ingredients

  1. 1big tomato
  2. 5/6mushrooms
  3. 1tspoon coariander stems
  4. 1tspoon garlic chopped
  5. 1tspoon ginger chopped
  6. 1/2tspoon green chilli chopped
  7. 1tbspoon corn flour
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2tspoon Black pepper powder
  10. 1egg
  11. 1/2tspoon butter
  12. 1/2tspoon oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop tomato,beat egg,finely chopped mushrooms

  2. 2

    Heat Pan add oil and butter add chopped garlic and ginger saute add coariander stems,add green chilli saute,add chopped mushrooms, add tomato saute till meshy. now add salt, black pepper powder.

    Add water and allow it to boil,add corn flour slury.mix well and cook for couple of minutes. now take beaten egg and add continuesly with whisking soup.cook for five minutes and serve.yummy comforting soup.best option for dinner

    You can add red chilli powder also but I like green chilli. Red colour of chiily hides egg so I used green chilli.aroma of coariander stems is just amazing ❤️
