Rich and Cheesy Penne Arrabbiata Rich and Cheesy Penne Arrabbiata
I really really wanted to eat short pasta that I had made. Refer to.Even without any extra ingredients this sauce is delicious. This time, I used a handful of pizza cheese. You could also add onions or ground meat after cooking the garlic, and use 1 tbsp of red wine cooked on high heat to cook off the alcohol for an even richer taste (lower the heat back to low at Step 3). Basic Penne Arrabbiata Basic Penne Arrabbiata
This penne arrabbiata is a very common family meal in Italy. This is a very basic recipe. It is very tasty and easy to cook as it is, so try it out.Cook finely chopped garlic until golden brown, and add whole tomatoes at the very best moment. This stops cooking garlic immediately. It is better to cook garlic until golden brown to extract nice aroma. Adjust the amount of red pepper to suit your taste. Recipe by valentino cookpad.japan -
Chunky arrabbiata Chunky arrabbiata
At its most basic, arrabbiata sauce is made up of tomatoes, garlic and chili. My version adds tomato paste for extra depth, anchovy for umami, and basil for freshness. I also leave the garlic in large chunks. Frying the cloves slowly in oil transforms them into deliciously sweet little flavour bombs. Robert Gonzal -

Pasta with Tuna and Tomato Sauce Pasta with Tuna and Tomato Sauce
I came up with this recipe after much thought. Tomato sauce is just not enough, but if you add some heavy cream, it is so delicious. For the tomato sauce I usedDuring Step 2, you can simmer over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. If you can't make the sauce at the same time as the pasta, add some hot salt water to the sauce pan instead.-You can use just the tomatoes and tuna.-You can serve 2~3 people if you use a lot of sauce.
