I made these fluffy pancakes for my nephew's to take to school and they loved it

Sift flour and baking powder

Whisk egg,sugar and flavour until it adds volume and doubles in size

Gradually add in flour and milk alternatively until every thing combined

Heat margarine in a skillet and pour some batter and cook
