Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1 packagecream cheese
  2. 1/2 cupshredded cheese (Galbani or Saputo mozzarella)
  3. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/4 tsppaprika
  5. 6jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes remov
  6. 12 slicesbacon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    Mix cream cheese and cheese together and spices in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeño half with cheese mixture. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon. Use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
    Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, 25 to 35 minutes.
