Easy! Fluffy Kabocha Squash Muffins Easy! Fluffy Kabocha Squash Muffins
It's the same recipe for "Easy One Bowl Sweets Banana Muffin". I just replaced bananas with kabocha. This recipe is almost same as "Fluffy Kabocha Squash Steamed Cake". The difference is the baking procedure. This is a pretty easy recipe! Margarine becomes creamy when beaten with a whisk even right after you take it out from the refrigerator. You don't need to bring it to room temperature. Each oven is different and the temperature varies. So adjust the baking time and temperature. I baked in 5 cm diameter aluminium cups lined with cupcake paper cups. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -
Crab Cream Croquettes Made with Healthy Soy Milk Crab Cream Croquettes Made with Healthy Soy Milk
I made crab cream croquettes using canned crabmeat. It's healthier because of the soy milk.By using the whole can of crab meat, liquid and all, you get all the crab flavor in there. If you want the crab flavor to be more pronounced, saute the crab meat in a separate frying pan before adding to the cream sauce. I fried king oyster mushrooms along with the crab meat too. For 4 servings. Recipe by Nikonikopu-san cookpad.japan -
Dense and Delicious Nikujaga Croquettes Dense and Delicious Nikujaga Croquettes
I wanted to eat croquettes flavored like the traditional Japanese dish of simmered potatoes. When using a pressure cooker only a minimal amount of is added, so adjust the heat so that too much steam does not escape. The key to the dense, floury texture is to cook the potatoes whole! If you try to form and fry the croquettes while the potato mixture is still hot, or poke the croquettes, they may burst open. For 4 servings. Recipe by Keyua cookpad.japan -
