Boil milk in a bowl. Keep aside. Heat 2 tbs. Desi Ghee in kadai & add grated Carrot. Fry it well. Then add milk on it.

Boil it. Then cook it for 15 minutes in medium to low flame.Then add sugar & Cashew nuts. Cook it for 10 minutes.

When kheer turns thick, add 2 tbs. Desi ghee & Cardamom powder. Cover & rest it for 10 minutes. Cool it. Garnish it with Almond & Cashew nuts. Now Carrot Kheer is ready to serve.
