Ingredients

30 minutes including prep
4 servings
  1. 2carrots, roughly diced
  2. 2parsnips, roughly diced
  3. 1onion, roughly chopped
  4. 1 stickcelery, roughly chopped
  5. 1potato, roughly diced
  6. 1 litrevegetable stock
  7. 2 tsphot madras curry powder
  8. Salt (optional)

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes including prep
  1. 1

    Put all ingredients except salt in soupmaker and press start button.

  2. 2

    When done (usually around 22 minutes), taste and salt if required. Serve piping hot with your choice of bread.
