Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and rinse, sprinkle some salt and fry in hot oil. Slice cabbage, carrots and onions, grate the scotch bonnet

Heat little oil on a pan add onions and carrots, when it soften add scotch bonnet fry and add seasoning and curry then finally add cabbage mix well and off the heat. Break the eggs and fry.

I have left over fried fish and frozen samosa and spring rolls.
