I was thinking that soy sauce is a bit too strong of a flavor, so since I like the combination of salt and sesame oil, I decided to try it. It was delicious!

Cooking Instructions

Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and let it sit for awhile.

Thinly slice the cucumber and rub it with salt. Afterwards, squeeze out the moisture.

Lightly sprinkle good salt on the tofu and top with the cucumber. Pour some sesame oil over the top.
