Ingredients

  1. 1 portionpork loin hot pot slices
  2. 2 bunchesscallions
  3. 2chili peppers
  4. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  5. Marinade:
  6. 1 tablespoonrice wine
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonwater
  9. 1/2 teaspoongranulated sugar
  10. 1/2 teaspooncornstarch
  11. Seasoning:
  12. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the hot pot pork slices with the marinade and set aside. Wash the scallions and chili peppers. Cut the scallions into sections, the chili peppers into small pieces, and slice the garlic.

    Heat a pan and add a little oil. Sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

    Push the garlic slices to the side and add the marinated pork to the pan.
