Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1/2red bell pepper
  2. 1/2yellow bell pepper
  3. Pork shoulder, about the size of a fist
  4. Some barbecue sauce
  5. 1green onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pork shoulder into strips and pan-fry until half-cooked.

  2. 2

    Add the sliced bell peppers and cover to simmer.

  3. 3

    Once the bell peppers soften, add the barbecue sauce and stir-fry, then cover to let the flavors meld.

  4. 4

    Add the green onion for color and stir-fry briefly, then serve.
