Ingredients

30-35 mins
  1. 1 bagbaby Gold potatoes (or red)
  2. 1 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1/2 cupPanko Breadcrumbs
  4. 1/3 cupParmesan Cheese
  5. 2 tbspItalian Seasoning
  6. 1 tbspParsley
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste
  8. 1 tspRed Pepper Chili Flakes or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

    Cut your baby potatoes into quarters.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix and coat your potatoes in olive oil.

  4. 4

    I use shredded parmesan cheese because I put it in a pulse chopper and get it to a grated texture. You can just buy grated cheese.

    In your potatoe bowl, add breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, italian seasoning and red pepper chili flakes.

    Mix, mix and mix until everything is evenly coated.

  7. 7

    Place on your greased cookie sheet and toss in the oven for 30 mins, give or take. Stir halfway through.
