Maple Syrup Muffins with Pancake Mix

I had maple syrup and pancake mix so I decided to make my favourite muffins.

These are not so sweet, so add more maple syrup or sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Mix well in Steps 2 and 3.
Add any toppings you like and make your own versions! For 18 small cupcake moulds. Recipe by Rion

Ingredients

18 servings
  1. 200 gramsPancake mix
  2. 2Egg
  3. 30 gramsButter or margarine for baking
  4. 4 tbspMaple syrup
  5. 100 mlMilk

Cooking Instructions

    I used 4 cm paper cupcake moulds. Preheat the oven to 170℃. Microwave the butter or let it soften at room temperature naturally.

    Mix the egg and butter well with a whisk.

  3. 3

    Add maple syrup to Step 2 and lightly mix. Add the egg little by little and mix it in well.

  4. 4

    Add the pancake mix and fold it in quickly.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into the paper moulds, about 70-80% of the way.

    Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in the oven preheated to 170℃, and they are done. Adjust the time and temperature to your oven.
