Ingredients

  1. 1 headCabbage (chopped)
  2. 1beef kielbasa
  3. 3 cupscooked rice or cauliflower rice (if low-carb option is needed)
  4. 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonspepper
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1 teaspoononion powder
  8. 3 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop up a head of cabbage.

    Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and add the chopped cabbage. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Cook on medium. Keep cabbage covered. Make sure to stir occasionally.

    Slice kielbasa and add to a medium sized frying pan. Add 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook on medium heat until golden brown in color.

    Serve cabbage and kielbasa over rice (or cauliflower rice). Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
