Ingredients

  1. Kielbasa
  2. 1 bagbaby yellow or red potatoes
  3. 1 tbssalt
  4. 1/2 tbspepper
  5. 1 tbsparsley
  6. 1 tbsgarlic powder
  7. crushed red pepper (to taste)
  8. 2 tbsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400.

    Cut your potatoes into quarters. Cut your kielbasa into 3/4in rings.

    Combine in large bowl, along with seasonings. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Spread evenly on a cookie sheet. Cook for 45-50 mins, or until potatoes are browned and crisp. Stir halfway way through.
