Peel and rinse potatoes. Dice potatoes and onion

Put oil in frying pan. And potatoes. Cook about five minutes then add the onion. Then the seasonings to taste.

While that cooks slice the polska kielbasa.

When potatoes are half way done add the kielbasa. Cook until done.
