  2. Halfcup sugar
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 cupLiquid milk
  7. 1big Fresh pepper
  8. 1small onion
  9. Butter or ground nut oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dried ingredients in a bowl

    Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. 3

    Gently pour the wet mixture into the dried mixture

  4. 4

    Slice pepper and onion and pour into the mixture

  5. 5

    Gently rub your butter or oil into your frying pan

  6. 6

    Using a scooper or measuring cup, pour out the desired quantity into your pan

  7. 7

    Fry until golden brown then flip

  8. 8

    Your pancakes are ready for consumption
