My favourite pancake recipe My favourite pancake recipe
The first food I've ever made myself was either fried eggs or pancakes. And from then on, I've tried TONS of different pancake recipes. Recently, I came across this amazing recipe from Chefsteps, so full credit to their team pancake! (Go Nick!) https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/light-fluffy-pancakesBEST RECIPE EVER. I always end up feeling gross after eating a lot of pancakes but these are extremely light, with a bit of a bite to the exterior. LOVE IT.Decided to post it here because they use grams and I convert on the spot every single time, so might as well do it once and save it. ArethaEats -
Chickpea Pancakes, Egg- and Milk-Free Chickpea Pancakes, Egg- and Milk-Free
I had some leftover chickpea flour, so I made them into pancakes. Even though it was my first time making them, they turned out great and were delicious.Don't add the water all at once; add it a little at a time while checking the consistency of the batter. You should only need to add olive oil once to the frying pan.If serving with cheese, I recommend reducing the amount of salt. I used 1/2 teaspoon salt. When making larger pancakes, use 3 tablespoons of the batter. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -
Old Fashioned fluffy Strawberry Pancakes Old Fashioned fluffy Strawberry Pancakes
As a kid we would stay with my Granny for a week during summer break. She would make pancakes and we would put strawberry jam on the pancakes. I didn't have jam but I did have some strawberries in their own juices and sugar, almost like syrup. skunkmonkey101 -
Soufflé Pancake Soufflé Pancake
Pancake, loved as a regular breakfast choice for their simple ingredients and easy preparation. In addition to the basic batter made with flour, eggs, and milk, you can add any ingredients you like to suit your taste. For sweetness, you can replace sugar with jam or fruit purée. Mixing in meringue, like in a soufflé, makes the pancakes fluffier and softer in texture. While butter and maple syrup are the usual toppings, you can also use honey, whipped cream, jam, Nutella, fruit, or ice cream to your liking. Serve them with fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or bacon for a heartier meal.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tcAIf393_AAll Day Meal

Amazake Pancakes Amazake Pancakes
Even though I make amazake at home, the sad truth is that I'm the only one in our family who enjoys it. So I used it to make pancakes. My children gobbled them down, but they didn't believe me when I told them those pancakes were made with amazake.Depending on the condition of your amazake, the texture of the batter will vary. If the batter is not smooth and appears to be too heavy, dilute with water. The batter has the right texture if it slides smoothly from the whisk or ladle. In fact, the batter in the photo for Step 3 was slightly too heavy. (I diluted it with water after I took the photo.) This recipe should yield about 6 pancakes, each about 15 cm in diameter. The Easiest American Pancakes in the World The Easiest American Pancakes in the World
On Sunday, we wanted a big snack, so we indulged in pancakes, syrup, and more. It was amazing! I had never made such an easy pancake recipe before, but I decided to try it because we didn't feel like going to a restaurant for classic American pancakes. So, I found a recipe, adapted it to what I had at home, and they turned out delicious!- To fry the pancakes, we need: butter or margarine and paper towels- To serve the pancakes: We can have them with chocolate, sugar, Nutella, syrups (if you use cake flour with a bit of baking powder, they turn out even fluffier) MarietaTranslated from Cookpad Spain -
No Oven Needed! Bubble Tea Soufflé Pancakes: Satisfy Your Bubble Tea and Pancake Cravings No Oven Needed! Bubble Tea Soufflé Pancakes: Satisfy Your Bubble Tea and Pancake Cravings
Craving pancakes but also want bubble tea? This indulgent moment calls for a plate full of bubble tea soufflé pancakes 😜 Satisfy your craving for both pancakes and bubble tea at once! This time, I've slightly modified the original soufflé recipe by adding a tea bag to create a milk tea base for the batter, paired with black tea whipped cream and brown sugar pearls. When freshly made, the visual appeal is truly amazing! However, since this recipe doesn't use baking powder, the soufflé pancakes will deflate immediately after cooking 😂 But since you're making them for yourself, they're still delicious even when deflated. If you're interested, try making them at home; the ingredients and method are quite simple!❤️ For more recipes, visit: https://missyuan.cooking/bubbletea-souffle/ 小圓姐姐愛料理Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
